The hotel ( www.theimperial.co.uk) is situated on the promenade overlooking the beautiful bay close to the foot of the Great Orme. The hotel has two bars and a leisure complex comprising of an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, beauty salon and a solarium. Nearby are Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Castle and the Snowdonia National Park.

The weekend covered from Friday to Sunday to include breakfasts, Friday evening dinner and the Saturday Celebration Dinner of three courses with wine and coffee included.

The Central Committee and Branch Representatives met on the Saturday morning and the AGM, open to all, was held in the afternoon.  The minutes of the AGM will be published on this page shortly.
